LymphaCare is a specialty medical device company based in Connecticut, seeking a Territory Manager to secure new business and independently manage a sales area, often remotely. You will consult with clinical settings, train customers, provide product service, and assist in the reimbursement process.

Required are 5+ years of medical device sales, 3+ years of outside sales, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong communication skills. Travel and driving are expected for this role.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory (CT).
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, including MS Teams.

Aufgaben

• Sell and provide ongoing support for LymphaCare products.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders within the territory.
• Coordinate patient interactions with referral sources, clinical trainers, and the Customer Care team.
• Provide feedback to internal stakeholders and help implement market strategies.
