Job summary

LymphaCare, a specialty medical device company, seeks a Territory Manager to independently drive new business and manage a sales area, often remotely from the main offices. You will consult with clinicians and administrators, deliver product training, and support reimbursement processes to ensure customer success.

In this role you will build long-term partnerships, manage the sales cycle from introduction to delivery, and travel frequently to cover the Pittsburgh territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory (Pittsburgh area).
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver’s license and acceptable completion of a motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of LymphaCare products.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance-based objectives.
• Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the territory.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Referral Sources, Clinical Field Trainers and our Customer Care team.
• Provide feedback to internal stakeholders; work with Sales and Marketing on market strategies.
• Manage the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery; build long-term partnerships.
