ABS Med Inc is seeking an experienced medical device sales professional to manage our Chicagoland South Territory in Illinois. This role offers the chance to take ownership of an established territory, built on a strong customer base and enduring surgeon relationships, with significant upside potential across Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, excels in clinical support and customer service, and can balance day-to-day account

Qualifikationen

• Must have a 4 year college degree.
• 3+ years of medical device sales experience; Neurosurgery/ENT/Ortho-Spine preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and surrounding regions.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow an established Territory: maintain existing business while identifying growth opportunities.
• Develop surgeon relationships across Neuro, Spine, ENT and Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
• Provide clinical and procedural support: product evaluations, surgical cases, in-services, demonstrations, and staff education.
• Build hospital partnerships with OR managers, service line leaders, procurement teams, and administration.
• Manage the sales process: proposals, quotations, evaluations, and closing.
