Job summary

BioTissue is seeking a Full Time Sales representative to develop and implement strategies to grow market share in the Minneapolis territory. You will promote and sell to physicians in private offices and clinics, manage the territory, and work with Marketing to provide field insights.

The role requires 5+ years in outside medical device sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Base salary is $75,000–$100,000 with a commission plan and total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, medical, or related field.
• 5 years outside sales in the medical device, ophthalmology, optometry, biotechnology or tissue segment.
• 5 years in high-growth organizations building market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell to physicians in private offices and clinics.
• Achieve sales performance goals as specified in the sales/quota plan.
• Define and identify key market opportunities and implement marketing strategies.
• Present products and company programs to individuals and large groups of customers.
