Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager to lead commercialization of Obstructive Sleep Apnea therapy across an assigned sales territory. You will drive sales performance, educate providers on therapy benefits, and identify new accounts while maintaining patient care standards.

The role requires 2+ years of medical device sales experience, strong MS Office skills, travel readiness, and collaboration with marketing and operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Milwaukee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of medical device/pharma sales experience; or 5+ years of sales experience without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities for Obstructive Sleep Apnea therapy in the assigned sales territory.
• Achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones; assess new potential accounts.
• Ensure proper device implantation and follow-up processes with accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach programs.
