Position Overview

The Territory Manager, Sales is responsible for promoting and executing sales strategies for Esperion products within a designated geographic area. This involves personal promotion, implementing sales processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales goals as set by leadership.
  2. Review performance metrics with RSM.
  3. Develop relationships with key customers.
  4. Promote and educate Healthcare Providers about Esperion products.
  5. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize product use.
  6. Utilize sales and marketing tools effectively.
  7. Maintain knowledge of product payor coverage and market access.
  8. Attend industry congresses to promote brands.
  9. Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely.
  10. Ensure compliance with policies and complete required training.
  11. Manage expenses and adhere to budget.
  12. Coordinate with RSMs and team members to optimize performance.
  13. Monitor and align sales and marketing efforts.
  14. Work with sales leadership and Market Access teams.
  15. Maintain vendor credentialing requirements.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sciences or STEM, with 1-3 years of relevant sales experience or equivalent.
  • Military background or similar discipline considered.
  • Experience with Healthcare Professionals is preferred but not required.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record.
  • Proven high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or similar fields.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
