Job summary

GAF is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive sales of the complete line of residential roofing products in the Seattle area. You will act as the liaison between GAF and clients, building lasting relationships and closing opportunities with contractors, distributors, and retailers.

Travel up to 50–70% is expected as you engage with customers at shows, sites, and meetings. A history of value-selling, strong negotiation, and market networking will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience or 1+ years in building materials.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Able to travel 50-70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Attack: Identify market opportunities with contractors, distribution, and dealers.
• Build: Manage sales funnel and close deals through value-selling.
• Persist: Negotiate effectively using pricing strategies.
• Strategize: Report hits, misses, and opportunities for growth.
