GAF is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager - Steep Slope in Swedesboro, NJ to drive the sale of the complete line of residential roofing products. As Territory Manager, you will act as a liaison between GAF and our clients, ensuring both sides are satisfied while building genuine relationships with customers.

We are looking for a candidate who can manage the sales funnel, negotiate, and close deals, while educating customers on product benefits and representing GAF at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Attack: pinpoint market opportunities with contractors, distribution, lumber dealers, retail, and co-ops; build lasting relationships.
• Build: own, progress, and close the sales funnel through value-selling the benefits of GAF products.
• Persist: apply strong negotiating tactics leveraging pricing strategies.
• Strategize: compile reports to highlight hits, misses, and next steps to exceed expectations.
• Consult: educate customers with product knowledge via meetings; navigate requests to guide better choices.
• Stand Out: represent GAF at industry shows and events.
• Win: close deals and build rapport with clients.
