Job summary

GAF is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive sales of the complete line of GAF residential roofing products. You will act as a liaison between GAF and our clients, building lasting relationships with contractors, distributors, and dealers to close opportunities and grow market share.

The role requires strategic field presence, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience or 1+ years in building materials.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience selling to contractors, distributors, lumber dealers, and Co-Ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities with contractors, distributors, lumber dealers, retail and co-ops.
• Progress and close the sales funnel through value-based selling of GAF products.
• Negotiate effectively to drive results and protect margins.
• Compile reports on hits, misses, learning, and competitive landscape.
