Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation is seeking a high-energy sales leader to drive Aquabeam system adoption in hospitals within the assigned territory. You will build cross-functional relationships with clinicians and administrators to win buy-in for Aquablation therapy, while delivering on aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities include managing complex sales cycles, creating local market plans, and providing accurate monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of medical/capital sales experience in operating room environments.
• Experience selling disruptive surgical technology, preferably in startups or growth-stage companies.
• Strong local healthcare relationships in the defined geographic area.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities across complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to create local market plans and objectives.
• Manage the complex sales process of the Aquabeam System into hospitals.
• Build clinical/administrative support via presentations and meetings.
• Gain surgeon and administrator buy-in for Aquablation therapy.
• Identify institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within territory.
• Transferring initial sale and installation to the Aquablation sales team to drive growth.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate AquaBeam’s value proposition effectively to customers.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs in the region.
