Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth in the Las Vegas area. You will meet quotes and orders through in-person client visits and manage key accounts with a focus on performance results.

The role offers a base salary range of $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped earnings and strong retirement and benefits programs, plus the flexibility to work from your home office when not in the field.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related sales B2B experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls by meeting activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversee project management at installation sites, coordinating work with installation crews (weekends/holidays as needed).
