Priority1, a nationwide consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services, is hiring a Territory Manager in Broussard, LA.

You will prospect new business through door-to-door cold calling and B2B sales, develop lead generation strategies, sell and set up new accounts, and manage the accounts you acquire with ongoing service and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication).
• Involvement in campus activities (athletics highly encouraged).
• Natural enthusiasm, polished professional appearance, and strong energy.
• Determined to succeed and grow within a winning team.

Training & Development

Three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, followed by senior Territory Manager trainings and management trainings as needed. New hires participate in the "Fast Start Program," a three‑month in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
• $500 monthly car allowance and gas receipt reimbursement.
