Snapshot of Territory Manager Position

• Prospecting new business (B2B cold calling)
• Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity

Training and Development

Three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, plus additional senior TM and management training. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR. The Fast Start Program includes 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Requirements

• 0‑2 year sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required (business, marketing, or communication preferred)
• Involvement in campus activities (athletic background highly recommended)
