Job summary

Priority1 is seeking an outside Territory Manager for the Charlotte market to drive new business in LTL, Truckload, and related services. You will prospect, develop leads, use CRM to track activity, and set up and manage accounts.

The role includes a fast-start training plan, competitive base salary with uncapped commission, a $500 monthly car allowance, gas reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits, retirement plan, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication preferred).
• Involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended.

Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are searching for outside Territory Managers to the Charlotte market.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business (includes B2B door-to-door cold calling)
• Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
• Sell and set up new accounts
• Manage accounts sold

Training & Development

• Three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months
• Potential for additional senior TM and management training later in career
• Fast Start Program: 3 months field training with upper management immediately after basic sales training

Requirements

• 2 years of freight sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication preferred)
