Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand our referral network in the New York City metro area. The role is field-based with a home base, requiring in-person provider visits and active relationship management to drive patient referrals.

You will educate healthcare practices about Nabi’s weight-inclusive nutrition care model and support providers through the referral process, ensuring a smooth patient experience. This is a full-time, field-facing position in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Independent field-based role requiring self-starting approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for provider outreach.
• Ability to balance multiple providers and referrals in a growing startup environment.
• Comfortable with a consultative sales/partnership approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to share Nabi's services.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s value and streamline the referral process for partners.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth provider and patient experiences.
• Manage territory from home base, with regular in-person visits and local events.
