Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access by growing our provider referral network. This field-based role supports and educates healthcare practices, guiding them through Nabi's referral process from a home base within the Baltimore metro area.

You will conduct in-person visits, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for providers and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating independently in a field-based, startup environment.
• Able to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
• Strong consultative outreach and partnership development skills.
• Excellent pipeline management with self-direction and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new providers, turning them into long-term referral partners.
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to share Nabi's services.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers for referrals.
• Demonstrate Nabi’s value and streamline the referral process.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular provider visits and events.
