Job summary

Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as a Territory Manager. The role focuses on leading dealer relationships and growing Electric Power Solutions across the Western North America territory, emphasizing gas generator sets and service offerings.

This position requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and the ability to influence customers in a dynamic market. Travel 50–75% and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in power generation or industrial sales preferred.
• Strong customer relationship and dealer-network experience advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex value propositions to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand business model and follow review/approval processes for variance programs and commercial actions.
• Design and assist dealers on forecast, sales/rental/used strategy, and product rollout.
• Perform regular sales reviews with dealers and implement corrective actions.
• Lead opportunities identification and enhance customer satisfaction and business relationships.
