Job summary

TIDI Products is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of infection prevention and patient safety solutions in acute care facilities across the territory. You will own strategy, develop new business, and build long-term partnerships with hospitals and health systems.

Work closely with Clinical Account Managers to educate customers and grow accounts. The role requires 3–5+ years in hospital or medical device sales, strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hospital/medical device/healthcare or clinical sales experience.
• Experience selling into hospital accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to develop new business and expand existing relationships.
• Consultative selling to uncover needs and position solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitals and acute care facilities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across clinical and administrative teams.
• Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain territory plans in Salesforce; aim to exceed quota.
• Demonstrate products through in-services and clinical training with support from Clinical Resource Team.
• Move opportunities from evaluation to adoption and sustained utilization.
