Job summary

PDI is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the United States to drive growth with key customers in the field and maintain strong distributor relationships. This role acts as a trusted advisor to improve infection prevention outcomes.

The position requires field-based activity, regular travel, and collaboration with MSOs, National Accounts, and Marketing. Salesforce reporting is essential for performance tracking and strategy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Acute Care and B2B sales.
• Knowledge of Infection Prevention and clinical areas recommended.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas established by company.
• Demonstrate competency in selling the full portfolio of products.
• Manage sales and marketing activity with IDNs and select dealers within the territory.
• Establish and build relationships with key distribution and group purchasing organizations.
• Work with MSLs, National Accounts, Marketing and other departments to identify opportunities.
• Document sales activity in Salesforce.com and other CRM systems.
• Collect, analyze and report competitive information to inform management.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and expense reports for the territory.
