Job summary

TIDI Products is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our presence in acute care facilities. You will own the territory strategy, build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and expand product utilization while partnering with Clinical Account Managers to deliver education and implementation support.

You will lead demonstrations, clinical training, and targeted education to improve workflows, protect patients, and drive sustained adoption of TIDI solutions. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hospital/healthcare or clinical sales experience.
• Experience selling into hospital accounts and navigating multiple clinical and business stakeholders.
• Consultative selling to uncover needs and position solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve/exceed sales goals.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within hospitals and acute care facilities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across clinical and administrative roles.
• Manage a healthy pipeline and Salesforce records for territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical training as needed.
