Job summary

PDI in New Orleans is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive top-line growth by partnering with distributors, IDNs and acute care entities across the territory. You will act as a trusted advisor, selling the full portfolio and meeting monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.

This field-based role requires 3+ years of sales experience in acute care or B2B, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office, and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, in Acute Care or B2B.
• Knowledge of the acute care market and infection prevention concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for the territory.
• Sell the full portfolio and demonstrate product/solution value.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors, IDNs and acute care entities.
• Partner with internal groups (MSL, National Accounts, Marketing) to drive opportunities.
• Document activity in Salesforce and prepare sales/forecast reports.
