Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Field Territory Manager to drive growth across our orthopedics portfolio in the Tucson, AZ area. You will develop and execute territory plans, build product knowledge, and manage relationships with large physician groups within IDNs to achieve quotas.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in biotech or medical devices, a four-year degree, and strong communication and CRM skills. Travel to customer sites and in-service trainings will be routine.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience in biotech or medical devices.
• Non-sales candidates with clinical experience in Orthopedics or Pain Management may be considered.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan that achieves quota for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and sales processes for those products.
• Identify opportunities within large physician networks and IDNs.
• Conduct in-service training programs with customers per compliance.
• Educate providers in clinics on proper product use.
• Assist with market surveys, product evaluations, and competitive research.
• Manage inventory, samples, and compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain communications via email, calls, and meetings.
• Complete daily CRM visits and timely expense submissions.
• Adhere to Bioventus compliance and ethics policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
