Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Territory Manager II – Pain Treatments to drive sales for orthopedics and pain management products in the assigned territory. You will consult with healthcare professionals, deliver clinical and technical information, and execute business plans to meet quotas while maintaining compliance and ethics standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in relevant healthcare markets, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota) preferably in biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry.
• Non-sales individuals with relevant clinical experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management or rheumatology may be considered.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan that results in achievement of assigned sales quota for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify and navigate large business opportunities within integrated delivery network systems/network of large physician practices.
• Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers adherent to compliance protocols.
• Educate healthcare providers and staffs in clinic setting on the proper use of the prescribed product.
• Assist organization with projects to include but not limited to: test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
• Adhere to inventory and sample control processes... compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory management.
• Stay current with company communications with technology, which includes but is not limited to email, voice mail, conference calls, and meetings.
• Embrace corporate values with regards to process and administrative responsibilities: complete daily office visit entry through CRM, timely submission of expenses, completion of training assignments.
• Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
