Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive sales of orthopedics and pain treatment products in a defined territory. You will consult with healthcare professionals, provide clinical and technical information, and execute a business plan to meet quotas.

The role requires 3-5 years of sales experience and a 4-year degree, with strong communication and CRM skills. Primary focus areas include education, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience delivering against a quota in biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry.
• Clinical experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management or rheumatology is a plus for non-sales candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve quota for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify large opportunities within IDN networks and physician groups.
• Conduct clinical in-service trainings adherent to compliance protocols.
• Educate providers and staff on proper use of the prescribed product.
• Support projects including test markets, market surveys, product ideas, and competitive research.
• Adhere to inventory and sample control and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with company communications via email, phone, and meetings.
• Complete daily CRM entries and timely expense submissions.
• Uphold Bioventus Code of Compliance and Ethics and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
