Priority1, Inc. is seeking college graduates for outside Territory Manager roles in the San Diego market. Ideal candidates will prospect new business, manage accounts, and sell comprehensive logistics solutions including LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services.

Training and development are emphasized, with a fast-start program and ongoing management trainings. Base salary plus uncapped commission and a monthly car allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Ideal courses in business, marketing and/or communication).
• Campus activities involvement; athletic backgrounds recommended.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and polished demeanor.
• Determined to be part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting New Business (heavy B2B, door-to-door, cold calling).
• Develop Lead Generation and track activity using CRM.
• Sell and set up new accounts; manage existing accounts.
