Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate hospital stakeholders and drive adoption of the Ceribell EEG platform across ED, ICU, Neurology and hospital administration.

You will build relationships, manage a hospital-based sales cycle, and close deals with C-suite and department leaders. This role offers a $115,000 base with $250,000 on-target earnings, plus comprehensive benefits including health, equity, 401(k) with match, ESPP, paid time off, holidays and wellness days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in medical device sales.
• Experience selling disruptive technologies to hospitals.
• Background in Critical Care, Emergency Dept, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care preferred.
• Proven ROI and top sales rankings in current/previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Close business to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Develop and grow a strong pipeline of new business and launch partnerships.
• Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance opportunities.
