Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to launch hospitals and grow the install base across the region. You will educate physicians and clinical staff on Ceribell's EEG-based seizure detection platform and work with a Territory Manager to expand adoption in acute care settings.

Travel is required (60%), with coverage including Reading, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Philadelphia area. Strong communication, project management, and clinical education skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience
• Ability to educate and train physicians and hospital staff on Ceribell products
• Willingness to travel 60% (3 days/week) within Reading, Lancaster, Lebanon, Philadelphia area
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Expand use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within existing customer base
• Launch Ceribell at new customer sites with the local Territory Manager
• Drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers
• Build advocacy and champions within facilities using hospital data to validate interest
• Develop a qualified lead funnel within existing install base through presentations and staff training
• Oversee upgrades and department expansion in existing sites
• Support new account launches with strong project management
