Job summary

Ceribell, Inc is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive growth in hospitals and educate clinicians on our rapid seizure detection platform. The CAM will travel ~60% (3 days/week) within a regional territory and collaborate with the Territory Manager to launch and expand Ceribell at new and existing sites.

The role emphasizes clinical education, stakeholder engagement, and program management to support deployments and ongoing education of physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience or 5 years of medical device/pharma sales experience or RN with industry sales support experience.
• Excellent communicator with relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to navigate diverse stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional agendas.

Responsibilities

• Expand use of Ceribell to additional acute or critical care centers within existing customer base.
• Launch Ceribell at new customer sites with local Territory Manager.
• Introduce new products/technology to existing customers; build advocacy and clinician education.
• Lead training sessions for physicians, hospital staff, and clinicians; design workflow improvements.
• Submit reports and maintain Salesforce-based administrative tasks; ensure compliance.
