Emery Jensen Distribution is seeking a Territory Manager for North Carolina and South Carolina. You will drive profitable sales with Emery Jensen customers, manage relationships with independent lumberyards, paint retailers, and hardware stores, and lead growth initiatives across the Coastal region.

The role requires extensive travel/visit cadence, geographic familiarity in NC/SC, and a track record in retail/pro hardware sales. Company car, benefits, and a team-oriented culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and territory planning required.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce familiarity preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute a territory sales plan to meet annual goals.
• Visit core customers monthly and 8–10 stores weekly.
• Prospect new customers and plan weekly routes.
• Launch programs at store level and record activity in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales Support and Care Center to resolve issues.
