Job summary

Emery Jensen Distribution is seeking a Territory Manager to grow profitable sales across North Carolina and South Carolina. You will manage relationships with independent lumberyards, paint retailers, hardware stores, and ecommerce partners while building a robust territory strategy.

This field-based role requires visiting customers regularly, executing promotions, and driving weekly warehouse orders. You will collaborate with the Sales Support Team and Care Center to resolve issues and expand

Qualifications

• Self-motivated sales professional with relationship-building skills.
• Must be able to travel extensively and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet annual goals.
• Visit core customers at least every 30 days and conduct 8–10 store visits weekly.
• Prospect new customers, plan weekly routes, and launch promotions.
• Record leads and visits in Salesforce and coordinate with support teams.
• Represent Emery Jensen at trade shows as needed.
• Manage travel and entertainment expenses responsibly.
