Job summary

US Municipal Supply is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to develop and grow sales within the Western Pennsylvania geographic territory. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships with municipalities, contractors, utilities, and related industries while identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in municipal, utility, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute territory plans and meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Western Pennsylvania.
• Prospect and acquire municipal, contractor, utility, and industrial customers.
• Conduct customer visits, demonstrations, and site evaluations.
• Build relationships with Public Works Directors, Fleet Managers, and Contractors.
• Identify customer needs and propose equipment, parts, and service solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support.
• Monitor market conditions and industry trends in the territory.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote US Municipal Supply.
