Shaw Sports Turf in the United States seeks a dynamic Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with end-use customers across Western PA, Eastern OH, Western NY and WV, and to develop distributor, installation, and construction partners in the local market.

You will prospect for new project opportunities, deliver consultative presentations to school boards, facilities managers, architects and engineers, and manage the sales pipeline with CRM tools while traveling 50–75% of the time.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience.
• Travel 50–75% regularly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in athletic field construction or related.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales approach with end users (distributors, contractors, architects, engineers) to select systems that fit usage, budget and time frame.
• Give presentations to stakeholders (school boards, facilities managers, architects, engineers) to educate on Shaw Sports Turf benefits.
• Travel throughout the assigned area to call on existing customers and prospect new ones.
• Build relationships with customers through lunches, dinners, or events.
• Develop distributor, installation and construction partners within the local market.
• Understand product line, procurement processes and sports field construction.
• Work with a remote support team via CRM tools and other digital environments.
• Communicate biomechanics concepts clearly to diverse customers.
• Navigate a long, solution-based sales process with a degree of autonomy.
