Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, conduct face‑to‑face calls, and present products using demos and sample boards.

Candidates must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. Strong independence and goal attainment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenure stability: up to 3 companies in 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects and call on businesses near existing customers.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using samples and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, operate, and report sales orders daily.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact info and notes in company software.
