Markent Personnel is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory in Florida. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and building new business through face-to-face visits and demos.

The position requires managing a mobile storefront, meeting sales targets, and maintaining data integrity in the CRM. Strong independence, reliability, and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies across the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and cold calls; face-to-face visits with prospects.
• Present Solutions: Show products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean and functional; submit daily sales reports and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact details in company software with notes and addresses.
