Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role involves cold-calling, prospecting, and operating a fully stocked mobile store to serve multiple sectors including manufacturing, aerospace, and transportation.

You must reside in the assigned territory and be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and physically handle the vehicle and products regularly.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Job stability: Must have a strong tenured background; ideal candidate has max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning and organizational abilities; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Keep mobile store clean, functional and well-marketed; submit daily sales and prospect reports.
• Data integrity: Maintain customer contacts and notes in company software.
