Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare, LLC seeks a Territory Manager to grow and sustain clinician relationships for pneumatic compression device sales within the assigned territory. This role requires a solid understanding of the patient intake and revenue cycle, CMS guidelines, and collaboration with Patient Educators.

You will lead regional sales, train Educators, manage territory budgets, and ensure compliant operations while delivering World Class service to healthcare professionals and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Outside sales success, especially in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office and Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to accounts during evaluation.
• Develop and maintain expertise in BioTAB products.
• Present clinical evidence related to products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and new products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Drive regional sales, training, and management of Educators.
• Collaborate with departments to achieve sales goals.
• Complete administrative duties including reports and forecasts.
• Manage expenses within territory budgets.
• Educate clinicians and patients through demonstrations and training.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance.
