Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide pneumatic compression devices to patients under physician care. The role involves working closely with patients, physicians, and therapists, while growing market sales and maintaining CMS and payer compliance.

The ATM will support the Territory Manager, manage device recommendations, and ensure timely delivery and training on equipment, with travel within the assigned territory and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in outside healthcare sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate products to patients, physicians, therapists, and medical professionals.
• Prepare and review call reports, sales reports, and forecasts; manage territory budgets.
• Follow up with patients and physicians to ensure insurance guidelines compliance.
• Determine optimal equipment for patient needs and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Train patients on device use and coordinate with staff to ensure proper use.
