Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to promote pneumatic compression devices to patients under physician care. You will support the patient journey, navigate CMS/private payer guidelines, and help grow market sales by coordinating with physicians and therapists.

You will travel within the territory, demonstrate devices, train patients, and ensure accurate documentation and delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven track record in outside sales, healthcare or medical device sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office and Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate company devices to patients, physicians, therapists and medical professionals.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and new products.
• Complete administrative duties such as call reports, sales reports and forecasts.
• Manage territory budgets and travel within assigned territory.
• Follow up with patients post setup and coordinate with physicians and therapists to comply with insurance guidelines.
• Demonstrate and train patients on the proper use of devices.
• Collaborate with corporate and administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
