Job summary

BioTAB Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive field-based sales of pneumatic compression devices for patients under physician care. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and therapists, ensuring devices meet medical needs while navigating insurance guidelines and CMS requirements.

This highly mobile role requires travel within the Lexington, KY area and a commitment to compliant, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate products to patients, physicians, specialty therapists, and medical professionals.
• Remain up to date on industry trends, compliance requirements, and new products.
• Completing administrative duties, such as call reports, sales reports, and forecasts.
• Managing expenses within territory budgets.
• Follow up with patients post set up and communicate with physicians and therapists regarding patient process and to comply with insurance guidelines.
• Ability to determine optimal equipment for individual patient needs.
• Effective communication with corporate and administrative staff regarding equipment needs and requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment.
• Able to demonstrate, train and communicate the proper use of the company’s devices to patients.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory to patient’s homes and healthcare facilities.
