Job summary

BDPI Venclose territory manager role focuses on driving sales growth and market share within a defined geographic area in the Tempe, Arizona region. The position requires 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, hospital operations, and medical device sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients, showcasing Venclose portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategically pursue competitive accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective product implementation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
