BD is seeking a Territory Manager for the Venclose portfolio in Tempe, AZ. You will drive sales growth, manage key relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, and execute strategic plans to expand Venclose products within the territory.

The role requires 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of medical device sales experience, hospital/healthcare settings preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed sales quotas within the territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
• Conduct product demonstrations to prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical specialists, and service teams.
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and report territory performance.
