Job summary

Riverstone Logistics seeks a Territory Manager to oversee multi-site delivery operations and ensure client expectations are met. You will travel daily among client retail locations, manage relationships with motor carriers, and monitor KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in last mile distribution or supply chain ops.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client service goals and performance metrics.
• Oversee daily outbound operations for multiple client locations.
• Coordinate with motor carriers and client representatives.
• Use routing software to schedule and tender deliveries.
• Communicate client requests and maintain KPI reporting.
• Lead daily meetings and ensure standard operating procedures.
