Job summary

Riverstone Logistics (RLX) is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee outbound logistics for multiple client locations, ensuring delivery capacity and client satisfaction. You will conduct analyses, audit procedures, and supervise a team of Territory Managers within a defined region.

You will drive operational excellence, coach staff, and coordinate with motor carriers while upholding company policies and safety standards. Join a growth‑driven team committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of distribution and/or supply chain operations experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed client service goals.
• Lead and train Extra Milers within the location.
• Oversee daily outbound operations across multiple client locations.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient and safe operation.
• Monitor and report location KPIs to stakeholders.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct weekly site audits and coordinate with carriers.
