Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• Sales experience in catheter technology with vascular disease focus preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales plans quarterly and annually.
• Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine needs and product usage.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in ORs and advise on product usage to address physician needs.
• Achieve territory sales and revenue objectives to meet quota.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D to identify opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and speak clinically to physicians.
• Complete and process timely reports: sales, expenses, product tracking, targeting, and complaints.
