Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Las Vegas is seeking a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc. to drive sales within assigned hospital networks and build strong relationships with physicians and key decision makers in cath labs.

You will promote intravascular lithotripsy products, attend procedures, deliver clinical demonstrations, and collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and R&D to maximize patient impact and territory growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years' territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
Sales experience in catheter technology or interventional sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
Meet with physicians and hospital staff to assess needs and case types.
Deliver clinical education and product demonstrations at OR procedures.
Attend procedures in cath labs and advise on product usage to clinicians.
Achieve territory sales objectives and quota attainment.
Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing and R&D to identify selling opportunities.
Conduct consultative sales calls with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons.
