Bioventus LLC is seeking a Territory Manager II – Restorative Therapies to drive sales and share clinically relevant information with healthcare professionals. You will develop territory plans, build product knowledge, and identify growth opportunities within large networks, while ensuring compliant and ethical behavior.

You will educate clinicians on proper product use, participate in training programs, and manage projects like market surveys and competitive research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year college) required.
• 3–5 years sales experience delivering against a quota.
• Experience in biotech / life sciences or medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan that achieves sales quota for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify and navigate large business opportunities within integrated delivery networks and large physician practices.
• Conduct clinical in-service training programs with customers adhering to compliance protocols.
• Educate healthcare providers and staff in clinic settings on proper product use.
• Assist organization with tests, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
• Adhere to inventory and sample control processes and cost controls.
• Stay current with company communications and technology tools (email, voicemail, meetings).
• Complete daily office visit entries through CRM and timely submission of expenses.
