Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking a Territory Manager II – Restorative Therapies in the United States. You will consult with healthcare professionals and patients, delivering clinical and technical information to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree is required.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience delivering against a quota.
• Experience in biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry preferred.
• Non-sales candidates with relevant clinical experience may be considered.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including CRM system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales quota for assigned products.
• Maintain product knowledge and sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within integrated delivery network systems and large physician practices.
• Conduct clinical in-service trainings with appropriate customers in compliance with protocols.
• Educate healthcare providers and staff on proper use of the prescribed product.
• Support projects such as test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
• Adhere to inventory and sample control, compliance, and cost-control measures.
• Stay current with company communications and technology.
• Complete daily CRM entries, timely submission of expenses, and training requirements.
• Maintain compliance with Bioventus Code of Compliance, policies and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
