Job summary

Bioventus LLC is hiring a Territory Manager II – Pain Treatments to consult with healthcare professionals and patients, delivering clinical and technical information to drive sales. You will develop territory plans, maintain product knowledge, and identify opportunities within large networks, while ensuring compliance and ethics in all activities.

The role includes in-service training, educating providers on product use, and supporting market research initiatives.

Qualifications

4 year college degree required.
3-5 years of proven sales experience delivering against a quota.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Proficient computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
Ability to lift 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales quota for assigned products.
Maintain product knowledge and sales processes for assigned products.
Identify opportunities within IDN systems and large physician practices.
Conduct clinical in-service training adherent to compliance protocols.
Educate providers and staff on proper use of products.
Assist with market research, surveys and competitive analysis.
Adhere to inventory, sample controls, and expense submissions.
Ensure timely CRM data entry and training completions.
Maintain compliance with Code of Compliance and Ethics.
Perform other duties as assigned.
