Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking a Territory Manager II – Restorative Therapies to consult with healthcare professionals and patients, delivering clinical and technical information to achieve sales objectives. You will build territory plans, maintain product knowledge, and navigate opportunities within IDN networks to meet quotas.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a 4-year degree, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience delivering against a quota, preferably in biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales quota for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and proven sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify and navigate large opportunities within IDN systems or networks of physician practices.
• Conduct clinical in-service training with customers while adhering to compliance protocols.
• Educate healthcare providers and staff in clinic settings on product use.
• Assist with projects including test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.
• Adhere to inventory and sample control, compliance regulations, and field/sample inventory management.
• Stay current with company communications and use CRM, email, voicemails, conference calls, and meetings.
• Complete daily office visit entries, timely submission & management of expenses, and timely completion of training.
• Comply with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned
