Job summary

Our client, a leading home infusion pharmacy, is seeking a Territory Manager - Home Infusion (IVIG Focus) to drive new IVIG referrals in the Chicagoland market. This role emphasizes building relationships with Immunology, Neurology, Rheumatology, and related specialties to accelerate growth and patient access.

Qualifications

• IVIG infusion sales experience required or preferred.
• Background in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, biologics, infusion center, or buy-and-bill sales valued.
• Existing relationships with IVIG prescribers in Chicago market preferred but not required.

Location: Chicagoland

Compensation: $110K-$150K + Uncapped Commission (OTE $200K+)

Our client is the nation's fastest-growing home infusion pharmacy. They are seeking a Territory Manager - Home Infusion (IVIG Focus) to support continued growth in a new Chicago market. This hire will focus heavily on generating new referrals for IVIG and specialty infusion therapies.

Prior IVIG sales experience is a requirement.

Job Duties

• Develop referral relationships with Immunology, Neurology, Rheumatology, GI, Pulmonology, and other IVIG-prescribing specialties
• Drive new patient referrals for IVIG and specialty infusion therapies
• Educate providers and office staff on services, reimbursement support, and patient onboarding
• Build and execute a territory growth plan across Chicagoland
• Maintain strong in-person visibility with referral sources and key accounts
• Partner internally with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and leadership teams

Requirements

• Enthusiasm about growing book of IVIG Infusion business. Direct IVIG infusion sales experience preferred, but not required
• Background in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, biologics, infusion center, or buy-and-bill sales highly valued
• Existing relationships with IVIG prescribers in the Chicago market preferred, but not required.
• Proven success growing referrals, territory revenue, or market share
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with strong follow-through
